Pls read the following Q and A before you want us to do your designs :
Q : Do you do custom design ?
A : Yes, we do accept custom designs . We have been the jewelry business for more than 20 years . And have helpled a lot of jewelry designers to created their own brand and fulfilled their dreams . We are always here to help and welcome chat with you .
Q: What material do you do :
A : We concentrate on Brass based Material , Mircro Paved with Ziroconia and enamel .
Q: Do you do other matterial such as Alloy , Stainless or Sterling Silver ?
A : Sorry, We temperatly do not do Alloy , Stainless Stell and Sterling Silver Materials .
Q: How does the cusotm works ?
A :Pls send me your idear or the item photo that you would like to have . Then we will know if we can do it for you . And confirm the sizing , enmel colour etc .
Q: What about if I don't know the size or colour etc ?
A: Pls be serious with your questions . Any customize will need big quantity and great time, efforts to develope . We would like to work with professional and serious buyers . If you don't have the idear, then we can not do any help for you . You can search on the internet for the rough similar idear and send us the photo's and drawings etc . If you don't understand size and colour, then you can purchase some items from our shop for reference . Pls see what we did before as photo below for your reference :
Q : Once I send you the ideas/photo's etc, how long can you send me a photo for confirmation ?
A : We need to charge USD15/photo or design , and you can amend it in maximum 2 times . This money can be deducted in the mass production , but can not be returned if no order to be contined .
Q : Then what's the next Step ?
A : Then we will confirm the price and minimum quantity to you . Once all details confirm , we need 30% deposit on the total order value .
Q : What's the rough quantity and delivery ?
A : Normally for only the metal charms/beads, we request minimum quantity of 200pcs/design for public designs ( we sell it not only to you but also other people) , and 500pcs/design for private designs (only sell to you , nobody else) . Production time is about 30days after all details confirmed.
Q: 500pcs is too much for me , can we just order 200pcs just for a start ?
A : Yes, no problem . Pls place a new order with balance 300pcs in 1 month after first order received. Then we will keep this design in private only for you .
Q : Can I see a real sample before order confirmed ?
A : Yes, but we need to charge sampling charge of USD100/design with 10pcs samples . It's might not very worth of it to you . So we sugget it's best we confirm everything (shape , size , colour etc) by photo's .
Q : Do you do finished necklace/bracelet etc ?
A : Yes, we can do beaded necklace/bracelet with minimum quantity of 50pcs . Pls send us photos for what you would like to have .
