Customs & Duties

All customs duty fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or customs problems are uncontrollable by beadsfeeder.com, they are not the responsibility of the seller (us), thanks for your understanding.
Can we always declare low?
If your order post via Register Airmail, we can declare your order value about $15 and mark as gift. But if your order post via Express Post, we’re sorry but can’t always declare low like under $20, because your order value may be much higher than this and declaring that low value would not be feasible.
Provided the value of your order / type/ quantity of the items is suitable for a declaration under $50, we will do our best to help you with this.
If you need advice about whether a particular declared value is deemed possible, please leave message at check out, then we will look at the contents of your order and your country and assess what declared value is sensible, and let you know before your parcel post.
Does your price include duties or VAT, How much tax do I need to pay?
No, the price of our products does not include any duties or VAT. We just charge you goods cost and shipping cost. if you are charged of a VAT, you just need to pay it to your customs.
In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.
Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
Can you declare much lower value for my order to avoid import taxes?
First, we will do our best to help you with import regulations.
If you have any special instructions for the invoice declaration on your orders, please leave message at check out when you place a new order.
