▶▶▶Large orders may take a little more time to proceed. But, Every orders shipped within 7 working days at most.
▶▶▶DELIVERY TIME: We need 1-3 business days to ship your order, and arrives 2 - 4 weeks or more.
Normally, It is possible not to receive them within 2 weeks (delivery time varies and affected by custom process & post office condition) If you don't receive within 45 days, please convo us.

How long does it take to ship my goods from China to my country?
It depends on the delivery method you choose.
All the express delivery methods take about 5-10 working days to arrive;
DHL: 5-7 working day;
EMS express : 10-12 working day;
REGISTER AIR MAIL: 15-30 working days;

The shipment via express delivery methods such as DHL can not be sent to PO Box address. Register Airmail and EMS can be sent to PO Box address.

Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. In this case, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized. If you can wait a little longer, please choose the standard shipping method like Register Airmail, it will be much cheaper than Express shipping.
If something is damaged during transit, please contact us with a photo of the problem item. Or if there has been a mistake on our part, please contact us as well, we will be more than happy to issue a resend, credit note or refund.

The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more volume of space, in comparison to its actual weight. The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which is greater; the higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost.
The volumetric weight is used only for express methods: DHL, UPS and FedEx.
We use The formula to calculate the volumetric weight of your shipment as follows:
length（cm）*width（cm）*height（cm）/ 5000 = Volumetric Weight
Eg. if your package weigh 20kg, but the package size is: 50cm long, 50cm wide and 50cm high, The volumetric weight is:
50X50X50/5000=25kg
When you select express method, your shipping fee will be calculated by 25kg.
